Engineers play a vital role in driving societal progress. Despite being home to the nation's leading engineering institutions, Indiana faces a shortage of talent. ACEC Indiana has made a commitment to student outreach and engagement, aiming to ignite a passion for engineering in Hoosier students. This session will address the data behind our talent challenges, the significance of career exploration and hands-on learning experiences, and how Indiana engineers are supporting schools and students.
