Hi! I'm Madeleine Waters, M.S. Ed and Director of Teamship District Partnerships for the Midwest Region at the College Board - based right here in Indianapolis, IN.
My path here isn't the typical educator path. I spent the first decade of my career in finance and talent - public accounting, corporate financial analysis, and eventually running my own executive search firm - helping companies find and build the right talent pipeline. That work taught me exactly what employers need from early-career professionals, which is what pulled me into education: I wanted to build that pipeline earlier. For the past several years, I have led business education, work-based learning, and employer partnerships at the high school level in Indiana, and I now bring that same lens to Teamship -connecting students with real businesses to solve real problems, long before they graduate.
