Indiana CTE programs have a unique opportunity to strengthen talent pipelines through work-based learning, youth apprenticeships, and industry-recognized credentials. This session explores how high schools and career centers can integrate the Polymechanic Program and other work-based learning models to create seamless pathways from credential attainment to postsecondary education and employment. Participants will learn how to align programs with Indiana Graduation Pathways, embed Industry 4.0 technologies and SACA credentials, and build employer partnerships that provide students with meaningful, career-connected experiences in advanced manufacturing.
