Participants will build the liver and its biliary and vascular system out of brightly colored clay. This activity is great to guide students to learn the common and hidden structure of the liver, understand its role in providing nutrition to the body, clotting of the blood, and its interrelationship with other body systems. Common damage or pathology will be applied to help students understand the liver’s enemies.Your healthy 'livers' go home with you!
